- Start Google Calendar
- From the drop-down menu "Other calendars" choose the option "Add by URL"
- Copy & Paste the address (URL) of the calendar into the Remote Server URL box
- Let "make public" option OFF
- Your calendar is created
- In the calendar settings give it a name
- Start Outlook
- Select the section "Calendar"
- Click the "+ Open calendar" button

- Copy & Paste the address (URL) of the calendar into the Remote Server URL box:
- Your calendar is created
- Start Mozilla Sunbird
- Select "Subscribe Remote Calendar" from File menu.
- Choose calendar location "on remote Server"
- Select format: "iCalendar (ICS)"
- Copy & Paste the address (URL) of the calendar into the Remote Server URL box
- Enter the Calendar Name and choose a color for the events from the calendar
- Your calendar is created
- Open the calendar
- Select "New Calendar Subscription" from the menu.
- Copy & Paste the address (URL) of the calendar into the Remote Server URL box
- Your calendar is created
